Get a jdm b20b 99-00 spec 148 HP at 6200 rpm , 136 Ft/lbs TQ at 4500 rpm at the flywheel. Redline at 6800rpm. Decent power, huh? Only around $800 from nadauto in norcross,ga. Thats rated with a crappy stock header and stock restrictive intake system. With the standard bolt-ons you should be near 160hp at the flywheel and more torque than any stock b18c or stock b16 will ever see. I would also suggest a LS tranny. I know that you didnt mention anything about a b20b, but its just a suggestion.
