    Default Serp Belts?

I hate this but Im not sure. Okay the serp belt on my car is make ****ty sound and I need to replace. But when I go online to buy it WTF is up with this 6 rib and 4 rib. Man Im confused. And also Im not really great with belts but how many belts are in a honda prelude? Might as well replace them since it's almost 90k. Ive got the timing belt done so im not worried.

If you are serious then all you have to do is look at your belt and count the actual ribs in the belt. Also if you bump the starter a few times and watch the belt it should have writing on it somewhere that will give you a key/part number that will help ya out a ton.

When they refer to the ribs they are referring to the actual ribs on the belt so just by looking at it and counting the ribs you can figure that part out.

    Good luck.
