you can always gets a sander/buffer add on for any drill at lowes or hone depot, then just sand it down and then use the buffer and Mequiars polish to polish the scratches out, the paint will look brand new, actually if your paint it that ****tty then wet sand your whole car down and then buff it back and it will looks brand new(if you have a clearcoat)
