Default air compressor help, wont pump past 30psi

lately my compressor has been getting kinda weak, or its been leaking alot.. like it used to pump to 150psi in under 5 minutes, now it barely goes past 30psi after 20 minutes of waiting. anyone know whats going on with it? BTW its a craftsman 30 gallon compressor

either a leak, or you have it set to the wrong psi.

Do you hear air while its pumping? Most likely its just worn out. The oil less compressors don't last a real long time.

i not sure if i hear air whiles its pumping cause the thing is noisey as hell LoL but could a worn compressor motor really be the cause of it not pumping above 30psi? are there any other possible causes of this?

check where the motor mounts to tank... or where the hoses run to the tank depending on how its designed to see if there are any leaks... get some soapy water and put it around the base and all the fittings and see if it starts to bubble... if everything checks out good its most likely gunna be worn out...
