    Default brake rotors

wussup ia, well my stock rotors are done for... my pads ate up my rear rotors so bad that literally piles of dust builds up in the spokes of my wheels so this is a good time for me to finally upgrade to slotted rotors. does anyone on here know where to get good slotted rotors for a good price? a website or something... any help would earn u some reps lol thx for the help in advance

ps i heard rotoras is a decent brand so planning to get theses but i just wanna see if anyone else on here got a better deal for me

IMO slotted and drilled are meant for track and what not. If it's slotted meh it's fine. Heck some Mercedes vehicles comes with drilled rotors but for what it's worth just get brembo blanks. Massive amount of ppl use them because there cheap and easier to resurface and keep using.

You may get extra noise with slotted

Does your driving warrant the use of slotted rotors? Why did you allow your rear pads to ruin the last ones?

Let me rephrase that, slotted or drilled rotors are much more likely to generate noise. I dont know exactly why but this is what I hear from people. For everyday driving you're better off with plain rotors.

Check out Racing Brake. Right now i'm running racing brake's rotors on my rx-8.

I've run both Racing Brake and Stoptech and been very happy.

Nopi #1 brand. Had the drilled/slotted rotors on the front of my EP3, worked excellent, I don't think they ever got really hot including in the mountains. You also have to remember that all nopi stuff is brand name parts they buy in huge lots for cheap, and sell them as their own a little cheaper.
