Default Worn looking tie rod on DA question.

The boot in my right hand tie rod on my 92' Integra has split and fluid is squishing out. Also the connection between the tie rod and the rod inside the boot on the end closest to the tire has play in it. (It rocks back and forth) Will this make a clunking sound when turning and how can it be fixed?

yes your tie rod would cause that , repalce it and if its to bad on the "tire side" you may need a new hub assembly .BUT to me what you're hearing sound like a ball joint.
