What happens if NTB just so happens to screw up....
something on the BODY of your car...??
Went there a few minutes ago, and found that my door is now BENT slightly at the bottom because the mechanic put my car on the wrong lift, and then only lifted up one side of the car......Now my door is slightly bent.
What happens after we report it to the manager?

have a friend call up pretending to be your lawyer and see if you can get things moving
make sure you get whats yours
do contact them tell them u want to ur car to be paid in full for damamges caused by ntb if they give u the kind of wishy washy response tell them u will file an insurance claim and that shuld get them moving if not then follow through with the insurance claim
I would have spoke to a manager right there, had the police show up, write a report so you have documentation of what happened, where, time etc...Then followed up with them everyday until payment was received.
eww i use to work for them they have to fix that sh** or else call there main corp office..lol but go threw the main store if not fixed go big they will fix it buddys 350z was scratched $1500 and when they ask for a quot go dealer thats what buddy did..lol
They were VERY willing to do the repair. Now, all i have to do is go to get 2 body shop estimates for repairing the damage tomorrow, and whichever of the estimates is more reasonable, thats the place that will be repairing my door and NTB will pay for it.

i can get you 2 "very pricey" estimate for a small fee . get on aim.
hahaha thats awesome or worse case the dealer will cover that
