    Default intake ?

    i have a blox intake i am putting on my b16, my stock intake has a fast idle control valve on it. is this valve something i can by pass?

    if you are talking about the thermo valve, that bolts to the bottom of the throttle body,so that shouldn't be a problem... if you are referring to the idle air control valve that is on the backside of the intake manifold, and there is no place to bolt it up... i would send the manifold back to where you got it from...

    yeah you can bypass it

    yeah you can eliminate it but you will have a check engine light... unless you just plug it in and leave it hanging some where... if you still have A/C on the car its most likely going to idle extremely low or even cut off when the compressor kicks on... but if no A/C yeah you can...
