    Default ZC swap question! HELP!!!

I bought a 91 crx with a zc just setting over in it and I don't know much about the engine. I think it's a 91 because it has it stamped above the header between cylinders 2 and 3. It had a distributor in it but the people who had it cut the main plug off and left the 2 wire plug. I have a new distributor coming but I noticed there is a black plug in the other cam where the CYP is supposed to be. Did ZC's come without a CYP or is that something I need to get? I have tried to research this but just can't find any answers! Thanks for any help!!!

Notice how there is just a black plug in the other cam hole. Is that normal?

Yeah it's a cam seal. I just don't understand why my motor doesn't have an Exhaust Camshaft Sensor, and like every zc motor i see on the internet does!
