    Exclamation motor swap

Hey everyone. I am wanting to do a swap in my 99civic. I have found a good deal in FL for the swap. That is almost $4000 with everything, and a 2 year waranty. But i am looking for a good deal that is a llittle closer to Atl. Any of you guys know of a place?

    thanks,

what motor are you loking for? for that price it better be a Type-R. be wary of the "2 year " warranty. most places say that, but they wont back it up

I can get you a FULL GSR swap for $3300 OBD1 B18C JDM SIR-G motor with low miles

LS longblocks i can get for about $800 for OBD1 with 50,000 Kilometers on them, we can find a tranny for pretty cheap

    B16s run about $2500-2700

i paid $2,600 for my brand new B18C5 head and block :P ...but without a GSR longblock for parts it would cost at least $2k to get it running (not including labor)plus another grand or so for a gsr tranny. My total swap including a new skunk2 intake manifold & hondata gasket, ARP headbolts, clutchmaster stage III kit, cusco flywheel, and OEM ITR LSD was right at $4,000. Now i want a JDM ITR tranny or the gears to make mine as close to it as possible.

$4000 is good if its a INTEGRA TYPE R or a EXTREMELY LOW MILEAGE CIVIC TYPE R SWAP. i can get you a WHOLE CIVIC TYPE-R FRONT CLIP for $4500.

If your looking for a standard B16A SIR swap, GSR swap, or LS swap, $4000 is way too muhc
