be prepared for some damage to your engine. Gaskets and seal start to break apart.
I have to start looking for some new oil soon too. Ive hit 87000 miles and Im start to wonder what i should be using.

im my lude, i just threw in w/e.. cheap oil, i didnt care.. its a honda, it can handle it..

i know which oil to use, it tells me under my hood.. Mobile 1 Synthetic 0w40..
