Gas & Temp gauges don't work

Well, I've this car for a while but never got the chance to finished it.

So we're working on it the other day, cleaning it up and make it street worthy again. We found out that the Temp and Gas gauge aren't working (dropped all the way down).

It's a 94 Accord LX with JDM H22a Swap. Checked the fused, etc., but couldn't find out what's wrong. I remembered the gas gauge used to have 1/2 tank left.

Is there any suggestion on where to look? The car sat outside for 2 years, we finally get to tune it up, clean up, etc.

I haven't been a Honda guys for years, so I'm as clueless as ever I just want to get this car all working asap for my daily.
