Not all DSM's get that "stumble" you're talking about when you vent a MAF equipped car. It's kinda hit or miss with the whole thing, but if you wanna still use the dump from the BOV, the Greddy Type S is probably you're best option. However, if you wanna try and vent it, get the TIAL.

If you want to vent without using abnother mas use an hks ssqv. Its pull type and works fine. I have it venting on my car now. If you want something else you'll have to vent it. Stock blow off valve work really well though.
