    Default JIC Magic Coilover

Anyone use's them or have had them before? It was either this or Tein SS with Pillowmount. Not sure which to get.

JICs are good. They're good quality. A lil bit on the stiff side vs Tein SS. Can't go wrong with either one. If it's for street, go with the Tein SS, if you want stiffer, go with JIC magic.

    What car is it for?

what are you going to do with the car? if you are going to track it i would definately go JIC, teins would be more suited for dd use.

tein = garbage for street, unless you have a sponsor, id go JIC all the way. ridden, driven cars with JIC. amazing imo. rode in tein, felt like my ebay suspension, but more expensive.

This is gonna go on a 01 Prelude. I was thinking about a GC setup but there almost in the same price range so might as well go with a full coilover setup and added bonus I can control it inside the car.

lolololol, you people and the obsession with the EDFC *sigh*

I love Tein but the spring rate on the SS-P is only 448/224 on your Prelude anways, blah. If you want a REALLY good setup for your 'lude then go with Moton

Jic has had some problems in the Honda community. Quite a bit of failures. The Tein's will be softer but I believe they are better damped for the street. We really dont need 12k and 14k springs to daily drive on...
    +1 for Tein SS

x2, JIC is a puts out pretty intense parts...especially that suspension being used on the street. Sounds like someone just wanted to be able to have the extra JDM points!
