Looks like a Canadian cluster to me. Note the French on the speedo. I had a 3rd gen at my grandfather's car lot that had the same one.

seen the cluster in person. its real clean and its the same type that i have in my car.

cut this **** out in the middle of the stock grill and just left it hollow. theres no mesh in there but i want to put the mesh in there and paint it black and do the accord emblem in the front.
