    Default p28 ecu??

    i have a chiped ecu i got from a friend,i dont know what its chiped with ......can i just take the chip out and run it ,or i wont work...........if this cant work then i need a stock one...One more thing can i take out a chip like crome or you know and put hondata s300

    you can clip j1 and return the ecu to stock rom. i can burn a rom to the ecu. you could also use the ecu for s200 if you get s200, but s300 doesn't use a socket, it uses headers to attach the daughterboard. if you want to go the s300 route then get another ecu to do that.
