ball bearings cant be rebuilt , it will cost more than just replacing the internals or just buying a whole new turbo altogether...

you can get one off zilvia for around 400 bux shipped...i got my S15 A/T BB t28 for 400

a S15 M/T t28 will run about 800 though...
