I hav had both the springs and the spring over sleve deal and loved both
i have never had any of the full coilove set-ups but i have omni drag rears onthe awy and sport fronts. i will let you know what i think of them quality wise. the ride quality wil have to wait since my motor is not done yet. just make sure you do your research and see what ppl that have actually had them are saying.
edit: are you asking about a full coilover set-up or sleeve overs?

I like Ground Control myself. Havent had any problems out of them.
skunk2 has my vote even I never used their products.
ground control for a better ride, lower spring rate than the skunk 2
Ive used both ground control and skunk 2 on an ek i had. They both rode pretty close to equal.. but skunk 2 has my vote aswell.

Honestly, any of the three are going to do what you want them to do. They aren't going to ride that great because you're leaving the struts stock.Originally Posted by boostedb16
I would say that what ever you get will blow the stock struts in short order, and then the spring rate isn't going to matter much. As an example, a shop I worked for installed a set of GC sleeves on an Acura 3.2CL Type-S with stock struts. The right front strut blew when we set the car on the ground.
