Default Inner Tie Rod Boot issue

Ok so I did a inspection on my car today and i notice something out of the ordinary. My inner tie rod boot had no clamp on one of it side (the side closest to the wheel). I can basically see all the grease and dirt build up in it. The same goes to the boot on the other side of the car. I was wondering is this the reason for all my problem like....
    1. When it a cold outside and my car dont warm up, I take a drive and i here click...click...click as i step in the accerlation?
    2. When i step in the acceleration at the same pace and turn about 180 degree with my wheel, the clickin noise click louder and faster?
    3. When the car not even moving, I turn my steering back and forth, it make a squeaking noise. The noise sound as if it is comin from my spring?
    4. When i go on a bumpy road, it might some squeaking noise?

Any advice will be benefical in alot of ways for me

Also check and make sure your tire is secure. It can sound like a axle going bad also.

make sure your lugnuts arent loose, make sure your axle nut is tight, make sure your axle boot aint busted, and pack the tierod boot full of grease and then ziptie it away . . .

shack the front end down and see wat u get if u have any play by moving the wheel side to side sounds like outer or inner tie rod problems, if u have play by moving it up and down just tighten the axle nut and see what u get

well the thing about the axle is that mine is bout 6 month old. I had them replace 6 month ago b/c the axle was worn out. So i thought it was my tie rod which was making the problem.... Man i went to pepboys today and got me a inner tie rod boot...That boot was the hardest crap to put in. The boot that was orginally came with my car could be slip in with ease. But pepboys...Gah...my knuckle is badly cut and hurt from putting this boot in. Next time imma just go to Acura and buy all the part i need
