car is whining when i turn the wheel the least little bit more so when the car is sitting still, fluid level is good and no leaks... fluid is jumping/bubbling in bucket dont know if that means anything or not but idk. pump maybe???

sounds like the pump is bad, do a flush and if ur still getting the problem its the pump

if i remember right there shouldnt be bubbles in the fluid maybe it just needs changed it that dont do it the its just going bad but itl last you a lil longer i drove a car once that did same thing for years
