I have a b18a1 and my tranny code a1 1034524 but like when im on the interstate i can be in 5th gear and goin like 60-70 at 3500 every one keeps telling me they dont think its a ls tranny so i would like to kno what kinda tranny is it then
If you look at where the transmission meets the engine there should be markings of what type it is. Example: YS1
U CAN GOOGLE IT
it sure isnt a cable B16 transmission because in my B16 crx i was at 5000 rpm at 80 mph in 5th gear.
Who knows?
the person who owned it previously probably had the gears changed. because thats longest geared ls tranny. just my![]()
