i have cleaned out my iacv and my fast idle valves. it has gotten progressively worse over the past couple weeks. i have also cleaned out my throttle body and tried adjusting my throttle cable and i have no CEL. i dont know what the smell is but its a putrid smell. it dies sometimes at red lights and after running it for a while like on the highway. it only does this when it gets warm

Might be your catalic converter check it out. Turn the car in and let it idle there get on ur knees and see if the cat is bright red... if it is it's your cat.
oh ok. well there is a rattle like exhaust rattle coming from under my car around my cat, i thought it just may have been a flange gasket but i dont know
