Default A Problem starting the 94 Integra LS sometimes

I seem to have a problem starting the 94 Integra sometimes. I turn the ignition to wait for the fuel pump to turn on, but sometimes the pump doesnt turn on. I think the pump might be bad or on its way to failing. I have to turn the ignition on and off several times to get the pump to turn on. That happens about 50 % of the time while the other times it cranks right up. The pump doesnt turn on sometimes when the motor is cold and sometimes when the motor has warmed up.. Any ideas guys?

Here check out this site on how to fix the main relay if that's your problem:

This is what I did to mine, and it worked flawlessly after that.
