With or without tires? I've seen some with tires go for around $500-$600.

the wheels have tires i say they are around 50 to 70%(one has a gash in it but still perfectly safe to drive on

and there is only one small smuge on one of the wheels lip (not even noticeable)

the wheels are SI's.
