    Full Synthetic AMS Oil IMO

Used in everything I own, lawn mowers, motorcycles, cars, everything that needs oil its what i use, and always have. Expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Use royal purple, i used this after using ****ty yama lube. Shifts better revs faster, feels like a totally different bike.

The key is not to use something overly slick. Remember that the oil also lubricates your clutch pack. Too slick and you'll start slipping on the clutch too much and prematurely wear them out. If you use something way too thick it also tends to bog the motor down a little until the oil gets hot, the oil passages aren't like huge or anything so keep that in mind too.

Go with the weight the manufacturer recommends in a reputable brand and you'll be just fine.

    i'd run 10w40 also
(i use mobile 1 mx4t) but any full synthetic will do fine
    no reason to run 20w in a 600 4cyl
