If you have a high or bouncy idle, it's usually the FITV.

A leak on your intake manifold or TB. Check for hoses that have come loose.

get a carb cleaner and spray down your intake manifold and listen to your motor to hear if your engine sound drops, if so u got an air leak somewhere.....!
