i work at the ymca and hte only tool i need is my 3'' boy hole scout.
ive got a ****ty blue point cart, some craftsman stuff, nesco 3/8 electric impact and 1/2 inch air gun, some sunex, mac, harbor frieght, sears, sk stuff, but working on getting more snap on stuff and a bigger box and non **** cart.
i will say best bang for the buck stuff if you dont have access to the tool truck (which i've been using for like 4 months now and trying to buy nice stuff so i dont have to worry about it ) , go to lowes and get kobalt boxes, and just stick with craftsman. as much as i hate it, the prices arent bad, sears is everywhere, the warranty is nice. i've also been a fan lately of if its something im really not putting a lot of force on, i just get the cheap crap. go to harbor freight and buy the nice harbor freight stuff. its still cheap as hell, but for screwdrivers, prybars, extensions, magnetic trays, wire wheels, extension chords, stuff like that that place is great. but any tool your going to actually use some force on, ratchets, power tools, sockets, specialty stuff, dont be a cheap ass.
also +1 on ebay. im goign to start shopping there more often.
