It's most likely your fan dude...I have that same problem with my car so I'm just gonna run a straight switch to my fan because I tried everything to fix the stupid fan..I know it works cause I tried jumpin it...I'm not sure if its the temp sending unit cause I can't even tell when my car warms up or not...my temp gauge just now started working...Lol
