My buddy probably did. Had motor built by Rick Engman, Dyno'd at 648whp on c12 mix at 30 psi on GT35r single turbo. He never got to run it as he sold it to a fellow in New Jersey i believe. But with stock twins and a half bridge engine he was able to pull a 12.3x. So...hrm...was an FD btw.
