    someone cut your guages out.....


    any chance one of those was an A/F guage? If so, it may have created a primary o2 sensor malfunction.


    Get the codes read, even if there is no CEL. This is where you want to start.

    I would also remove all leftover guage wiring.

    the ONLY reason an emissions test will fail on readiness is if the ecu's components arent ready. you wont have any codes until it is ready. if all your connections are proper and youve driven over 100+ miles, i'd start switching ecus.

    also be sure to get about 30 miles on the highway. some cars are different than others, some take longer some take shorter driving distances.

    -coming from a GA emissions certified inspector......
