    Default Coilovers????

I have a 05 GTI 1.8t. I am looking on getting some coilover but can't figure out what brand to get. I was looking at H&R or FK konigsport. Do the H&R's have adjustable dampening? I am lost when it come to coilovers. I have always gotten springs and struts.

    Look at my 4x4.

I have FK Highsport coilovers and I am very pleased with them.. Go much lower than my buddies GTI with H&R.

There are plenty of quality products out there. Here are the coils I reccomend.

My friend has these, they have a huge adjustability range which helps with ride quality if you want to go low.

    Koni makes quality products.

And KW is expensive but if you can find a good deal they are well worth it.

I definitely reccomend coils because once you start getting your dub low, you will always want to get lower. Esp. when you start hanging out with VW guys.

Not that bad. You need a strut spreader, a spring compressor, and a little bitta knowledge. Pay me $120 and I'll do it for ya.

Yeah Ive heard they are right up there with the KW's from several guys on Passatworld. But if you wanted to have a track car then Shine is the way to go, they are just soo dang expensive and they don't drop that much

B+G's are the only coilovers that have adjustable strut height other than nex coils. From what ive seen you can go super low but not sacrifice your ride.
