Lighter just means quicker...might not have the momentum or brute force of steel but i'd rather be able to move it twice as fast and have plenty of stamina in reserve. The idea is train with the heavier object and use a lighter one in the real world...kinda like alot of the professional motorcycle riders i've met will run goldwings up in the mtns on weekends, play up in the hills on a 1,200lb bike scraping the foot boards and exhaust, then a day or two later show up to the track on a 350-400lb bike with slicksOriginally Posted by korilee13
