You can easily get 400whp from a RB20 with a MugenArt ECU reflashed to pre OBD4 and a Nismo chip, a new turbo, all soft charge pipes to prevent heat, direct feed oil into the turbo, Nismo FPR, and a 2 inch thick throttle cable for best performance when opening the TB under extreme pressure.
