I've got a set of 9004 lamps, and i want to put them in a car that supposedly needs a 9007 lamp. I cant really find a 9007 right now, so can i install the 9004 anyways?
Will it hurt anything??
 9004 vs. 9007 headlamps....

The only difference for the most part is how they are wired as far as the low/high. So when the 9004 is on low, the 9007 will be on high. It shouldn't hurt anything but the eyes of the people coming toward you.

like...
LOWbeam 9007 = HIGHbeam 9004?

				Think of it as reversed.
When 9004 is on Low beam the 9007 will be on High beam
When 9007 is on Low beam the 9004 will be on High beam

No, they are the same size. Look at a 9006 and 9005 bulb. They are the same size.

Oh, you mean that there could be a problem because when the 9004 bulb is generating 45 watts and the 9007 bulb is generating 75 watts at the same time that the different current draw from bulb to bulb is going to fuck up something? It definitely shouldn't fuck up anything.

Well, like I said, it shouldn't but wire melting is a posibility if the wattages are different/more than stock.
