dont have a cat and just changed my timing belt 3000 miles ago. I even took it to a shop they told me it was my oil pressure because of v-tec but i cheaked my oil and it wasn't that. im stumped!!
yea my cel has been on since i put my header on
i would pull your codes and go from there, sounds a little rich
yea it smelt a little rich and it smoked just a little when i hit v-tec hard so ill cheak that tomorrow thanks for the help
it is probably either the map sensor or an o2 sensor. Also check your fuel filter. If it is running rich you will want to get a new set of spark plugs as well.

thanks yea ill see tomorrow what codes come up hopefully it wont be anything big
always check your codes if you have a cel...it'll save you a lot of time by pointing you in the right direction instead of getting an erroneous e-diagnosis.
find out what your codes are and report back.

make sure before you do all that stuff, that your spark plug wires are all tightly connected.
