You know, you don't need a tool for everything you know. If you have to get the rod a certain length, take a pen and a ruler or whatever needed, mark off the pin. Put it down next to the shaft of the booster and adjust it until it's the proper size. See, I just saved you some money
Edit, the insides of the pen, take it apart

hmmm i dont think thats gonna work maybe i will just get my brakes working good enough to drive it to the brake shop and make them adjust it for me
