Smoothing a b series Valve cover

i guess ill try a palm sander. Im having the cover powder coated glossy black so no issues with trying to find paint and stuff.

i used a black and decker mouse, in fact i use black and decker mouse for most of my polishing jobs.

its like 35 bucks at wally world. just make sure u start with a LOOOOW ass grit or it will take 5-6 hours.

results on mine after 4 hrs.
