Get the H22 thats what I did. JDM H22A from tiger japanese auto parts set me back 1300 shipped with an ECU. Now I kept my stock H23 tranny but recently switched to an H22 tranny, stage 2 clutch, and a lightened flywheel which set me back another 1200. I loved the old tranny, just keep the h23 tranny and get the clutch and flywheel, its the route to go due to the nice 4th gear for highway runs.
