    Default wetsanding flat black paint job????

    is it possible to wetsand a satin/flat black paintjob to get it smooth, and then use rubbing compound to get rid of all the little scratches?

    Is it flat black or satin?

    well it says " flat black " on the paint can so i guess flat black, ive always assumed they were pretty much the same lol

    satin isn't flat Without seeing it and how thick of a coat it has i'd say it wouldn't be very easy to wet sand...might be better to wash it, tape it all up, clean it with thinner, then respray it.

    Here's one i did in my backyard for an old roommate... EG9 *Under Construction*
