I'm going back to Miami for my 2nd time in 2 weeks.. If you are old enough for the clubs and are into that scene and don't mind spending a pretty penny, I say go to Miami. The beaches are fun, the whole scene is fun. If you stay in South Beach you are pretty much walking distance to alot of places, and if you have to take a cab (if you don't drive down) its really cheap to get around. South Beach is one of those places that you are either gonna love or not really care for it much. I loved it! Alot of the eating is outside seating, so if you are a people watcher you'll fit in. In the art deco district everything is really upscale, open, very beachy, if you ever watch CSI Miami, it can be similar to some of the scenes from that show, the hotels you walk in very high ceilings with the sheer white drapes from floor to ceiling and the breeze off the ocean constanltly blowing through, walking through you feel like you are in a movie almost, lol i dunno I loved it there.. The clubs are very Euro, nothing like here in Atlanta. I recommend Mansion and Cameo...

But I will say.. if you are not looking to spend much, I wouldnt recommend it unless you have money to spend. The clubs can be expensive ($30-$40) to just get in, thats if you get in.. and a bud light goes for $13 once you get in... Eating can be expensive, Some places I went for lunch I spent $15 just for myself, but IMO it's all an experience.. Theres always a burger king if you want to save here and there

If you decide to go let me know and I can let you know some places I recommend to eat and stay..

Other than Miami, Orlando I think would be fun.. I have been there and its a good time, but like others said no beach then there is Daytona... Beach, you have the race track there if you are into that you could do a tour, you can also rent 4-wheelers which is fun.. I don't think you can go wrong with Daytona, plenty of things to do there... even golf if you are into that..

Good luck wherever you decide to go!!
