Default Need a little help with my DA9

i not too long ago got my hands on a 91 DA and not til now i'm hearing the true background on it. A friend of mines said the A arm or the upper part where my camber kit is, is peeling off the frame and he couldnt tell what I needed to do about that. I just need to know what can i do or where to get all of it fixed at.
