I usually only have to rewire things on the inside of the car auto lock out swith etc. Did you use a 5spd ecu?

skunk 2 throttle bodys stick... adjust the cable. check tps , check vacuum lines, check iacv, you have no more fitv so it could be that. etc

if you have an ek auto ex or dx 5 speed or manual it uses a 3 wire iacv that needs to be rewired if you are changing to 5 speed ek or any other besides the dx ek chasis and vice versa. if you don't convert to the appropriate iacv wiring/plug it'll idle like crap.

i can get you the info on the repinning. answer this first:
your chassis is a 99 ex auto right? what are you swapping to engine and ecu?

did you get a 2 wire iacv? there should be a couple holes on the back of the intake manifold where it goes. you'll need to repin the harness at the ecu.

move b6 to empty b23 and remove b15

you'll also need to come up with a 2 wire plug for the iacv. honda uses the same plug on a few other sensors throughout the car so go to pull a part and cut one off...leave yourself plenty of wire to solder it in.

no...5 speed ex uses a 2 wire iacv that you'll have to add if you don't have it and you'll have to do the repin/rewire. i forgot to tell you how to wire in the 2 wire plug didn't i.

you may not get the same wire color on the 2 wire plug unless you specifically cut it from the iacv on a donor car, but you can see the orientation of the wires in relation to the release on the plug.
