no having worked at V dub, its just a lower class bentley especially one that breaks 20 times more often, its a waste of money man, no tech ever wants to touch them and they are 90% lemons from all that were made. everyone gossett sold brand new came back within 1 month for trans issues and after 2 months it came in for engine issues. nuf said...... Okay calm down people. My dad had an 04 VW Phaeton V8. It was a great car. For the money you cannot beat it. Retracting wood grain, double paned windows, best sound deadening of any car I have ever been in(and I valet cars at an upscale country club), adjustable ride height, huge back seat, heated and cooled seats, and an amazing dash with nice wood grain.

90% lemons. Hrmmm... I don't believe it. The only repairs my dads car needed in 30k miles was a problem with the display in the gauge cluster and a couple other minor problems. Not bad for the first year of a car.

Nah there really aren't. For around $40k with comparable miles fine me a nicer used car.

I am not talking about it holding its value. There is a low demand for them obviously. But I am saying the car itself is the best you can find for 40k. I would take a phateon over a 745i any day of the week.

Edit: And a response to kevykev the cars are really rare. I have seen maybe 2 or 3 on the road without dealer tags.

Definitely take an a8/s8 over this any day of the week. Better looks, better quality, better style, audi = teh sex. But then again I have one (meaning an audi not an a8, although I wish i did lol), so I'm biased .
