you wrap the weaved carbon fiber mat over something, like a mold, then put resin and hardener and create something, when it dries it gets really hard(like a wet stillborn baby), its REALLY easy, just time consuming and u gotta be a perfectionist to get something even halfway the way it should look.

But you can get the sheets on ebay (high quality shit, but its pretty expensive, for the good shit) orrr you can just use fiberglass which does the trick for 99% of the shit you'd ever need.

I think the guys at AAP can help with this. I know Kevin Mutters has done a lot of CF work.

    is he on the boards.

People say it is easy but it all depends on how the product comes out inthe end.

if some have done it before please post up a pic of what you have done.

wrapping body pannels is CF is going to create body lines issues anyways. why not just go buy the CF parts....or FG. show cars aren't supposed to be ricey anyways.

My buddy makes carbon fiber parts. He made my center gauge holder that goes in the center vents on my s13. He also made a PIMP rear defuser out of 100% carbon fiber. It is pimp. PM me some of the things you need done and I will talk to him and see if he is willing to do them. I can get pics of his work if he will do it so you can see whats up.

Sung (r71 on here) does CF wrapping for himself and some friends. He has everything at his shop. It's not his normal business (not enough money in it), but you could go down there and see some of the stuff he's wrapped (ask to see his dash also). PM me and I'll give you directions.
