Do a valve adjustment.

If the compression was fine one day, and now is down, it can be from the following:

1) Too much fuel washed the cylinders out
2) Timing is so far off, that you bent valves cranking the motor over

WHat you need to do is this:

1) CHECK THE TIMING BELT, TIMING ALIGNMENT. HAVE the people on here that build motors or assemble motors NEVER Put the timing belt on right. if its off 1-2 teeth the car wont run.

2) CHECK THE FIRING ORDER. You would be surprised how many people fall victim to this. If you think you got it right, check an try again. triple check.

3) put NEW SPARK PLUGS IN THE MOTOR.

if you have spark, fuel then it HAS TO BE A TIMING ISSUE. THat means your firing order is off, or the timing belt is off. Even a motor with 60psi will run.
