someone's teg was throwing the same code and asked the question on another forums and got this reply

Is your idle surging if so 1st just check your coolent level if low you will get this code. on the under side of the throttle body their is a idle air control valve some people call it the fast idle valve replace it. remove body- clamp off the coolent lines -unplug -remove screws and swap out for new. but you don't need to replace the idle air control valve, go to the link i sent you and it shows you how to fix it.
