    REMOVE THE FRONT BUMPER AND YOU WILL SEE WHERE THE HEADLIGHTS ARE STILL BOLTED IN, YOU MUST TAKE THE BUMPER OFF ON ALL CIVIC'S TO GET THE BUMPER OFF
