It's a nissan. You probably put the Mass Air Flow sensor in backwards.
What is the IAT?? and heres what it does
Starts high at around 1000 rpms... sits for a few seconds...then gradually drops till it cuts off...
Oh if i press the gas it will straight cut off

Check and make sure the mass air flow sensor is plugged in. If it is..there will be a small triangle/arrow on it somewhere. Make sure the arrow points towards the throttle body. (It may even say "Flow" next to the arrow).
Ok cool you may be right my dude i think i put it on backwards!!

If not what else could it be

Hose clamps, unplugged sensors, bunch of things. Just look over everything you touched, you'll eventually come across what is wrong. Follow step by step how you took things apart and installed them.
Sensors..Check...Hose CLamps..check... I really think i turned the MAF backwards to see something then installed it
