halo projector lamps

yeah so i ordered these dual halo projector headlamps for my 2001 civic only to find out that they have a different wiring harness for my vehicle does anyone know why this is and why they arent compatible?it said it was for my year make and model but the socket that doesnt fit up to my vehicle looks like little pin needles almost if anyone knows anything please help a brotha out thanx

If you ordered it for you car then they should fit. The harness to the headlight assembly should fit you car. But the actual wires that run to the bulbs are going to be different,cause you are converting a car that has lo/hi beam bulb into two different things. if you get what i am saying I hope.

i bought some projectors for my DA and the actual headlight harnest fit fine but the harnest for the fog light didnt so i ended up just cutting the wire and putting it together that way... i wouldnt reccomend it for the main headlamp unless there is no other way but im sure there is considering its alot newer than my DA was.

back in my ricer days I also got some- then need to be spliced into your headlight wiring harness- its very easy- red to red and black to black.

damn is that the only comment you know. when i got mine i had to wire my bright lights up but the other harness fit. i would just send them back and get a differant brand.
