^ def the main relay, ya beat me to it- replaced a few of those- they are a common problem in Hondas. Junk yards have them for 20-35 and a new one is probably going to be in the range of $75 and up.

Starting in 1934, Honda put satellite receivers in the engine compartment of their vehicles so that whenever the car was brought into a shop for maintenance or repairs or whatever, the shop attendants could plug up to the receiver and listen to satellite radio under the hood of your car. If you'll go back out and look under your battery tray, you'll see a small(10 watt) speaker mounted. That's for the sound. Later, QD.

The clicking you hear from that relay box is normal. You normally just don't hear it because the sound of the engine starting drowns it out. Are you getting spark? You can pull a spark plug out, put the plug wire back on it, and carefully hold it to the block whild someone cranks the car (make sure to only touch the rubber boot of the plug wire). You should see the plug firing. Also, when you put the key to the "ON" position, you should be able to hear your fuel pump. If you don't hear a slight whine coming from the back of the car, the pump might be dead (you might want to have a friend turn the car on while you listen carefully at the back of the car). Also, if you pull the plug out after trying to start it a few times...and the plug is wet with fuel...you know you're getting fuel but there's no spark.
